At WrappingThreads, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel crafted with care and attention to detail. Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

No Refunds

All purchases made through WrappingThreads are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, stains, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Unboxing video showing the package and product condition

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or exchange where applicable.

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
